Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-11-04. Blanc is operated by 404 Creative Studios, Philippines (“we”). By using Blanc you agree to these terms.

1. What does the service do?

Blanc checks web pages for things that affect how AI search engines and AI assistants can read them, and whether ChatGPT ad landing pages can be reviewed by OpenAI’s crawler. It reports findings and suggests fixes, including generated code on paid plans.

2. Do you guarantee results?

No. Results are information to help you decide what to change. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, rich results or ad approval. Those depend on third parties such as Google, OpenAI and other AI companies, whose systems we do not control and which change often. Our scanner is not any of those companies’ crawlers, so a clean result does not prove they can access a page.

3. Who is responsible for changes to my website?

You are. You are responsible for reviewing anything you add to your website, including generated JSON-LD, robots.txt rules and llms.txt files. Generated code uses only facts found on the audited page, but you must confirm they are true and current before publishing. Keep a backup before changing your site.

4. What am I not allowed to do?

Use the service for pages you own, manage, or are evaluating for a legitimate purpose such as a client or prospect. You must not:

• run automated or bulk requests outside the normal interface, or try to get around rate limits;
• copy, scrape, resell or republish the service or its raw output as your own product;
• use the service to overload, attack or probe websites for weaknesses;
• misrepresent our results, for example by presenting them as a guarantee.

We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.

5. How do billing and cancellation work?

The free plan needs no account or payment. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through our payment provider, which may act as the seller of record and handle taxes. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

6. Can I share reports with my clients?

Yes. You may share reports with your clients and present findings as part of your own services. Founding agencies can create reports that carry only their own branding. You are responsible for what you tell your clients, including not promising outcomes the service does not guarantee.

7. Who owns what?

We own the service, its software and its design. You keep ownership of your website and content. You may use the reports and code generated for your pages without restriction.

8. What if the service changes or stops?

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

9. What is your liability?

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost rankings or rejected ads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Which law applies?

Philippine law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Can these terms change?

Yes. We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes to paid plans we will notify subscribers by email before they take effect.

12. What Blanc checks when you run an audit

• Only public information: the page’s HTML, its robots.txt, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and sitemap.xml, public verification files such as /BingSiteAuth.xml, and the domain’s public DNS records.
• Blanc never logs into or accesses anyone’s Google, Bing or analytics accounts. The measurement setup check only looks for public signs that these tools are installed, such as a tracking script or a verification tag.
• Blanc doesn’t collect data about the audited site’s visitors.
• AI search audit results are kept for up to 10 minutes so repeat checks load faster, then discarded. ChatGPT Ads checks and audits of pasted HTML are not stored.
